Quick and Easy Coleslaw
INGREDIENTS
PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES
MARINADE TIME: 2 HOURS
INGREDIENTS:
3 CUPS CHOPPED GREEN CABBAGE
2 CUPS CHOPPED RED CABBAGE
1 CUP SHREDDED CARROTS
3/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 TBSP DISTILLED WHITE VINEGAR
1/2 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
3-4 TBSP DAN-O’S ORIGINAL SEASONING (or seasoning of your choice)
INSTRUCTIONS
First, you need to chop up your cabbage and carrots. I like to chop them finely, but it’s almost impossible to do this incorrectly. Just chop it up however YOU prefer your coleslaw to be!
Add the cabbage and carrots to a large mixing bowl.
Add 3/4 CUP of mayonnaise
Add 1 TBSP of distilled white vinegar.
Add 1/2 TBSP of apple cider vinegar.
Add 3-4 TBSP of Dan-O’s Original Seasoning (or seasoning of your choice). You can find a link below that will take you to Dan-O’s website where you can grab some!
Mix the coleslaw thoroughly, cover it, and store it in the fridge for 2 hours before serving. This will allow all of the flavors to marinate.
Add this slaw to a BBQ sandwich, or simply enjoy on it’s own!
