Spicy Dan-O’s Ribs
INGREDIENTS
PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 4 HOURS
SMOKER TEMP: 225F
INGREDIENTS:
1 RACK BABY BACK RIBS (OR SPARE RIBS)
8 TBSP SPICY DAN-O’S SEASONING
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
4 TBSP BUTTER
INSTRUCTIONS
First, you’re going to remove the membrane from the bottom side of your ribs.
Rub them down with 2 TBSP of olive oil.
Season them on all sides with 4 TBSP of Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning.
Put them on the smoker at 225F for 2 hours.
Pull them off and lay down some aluminum foil.
Put 4 TBSP of butter and 4 TBSP of Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning in a line on the middle of your aluminum foil.
Wrap your ribs tightly and put them back on the smoker for another 2-3 hours, or until you see the rib bones exposed 1/4” to 1/2” on the side of the rack.
Slice between the bones and ENJOY!
