Truffle Tomahawk
INGREDIENTS

COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tomahawk Ribeye
1 tbsp TRUFF Truffle Oil (Click here to purchase)
1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tbsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
(Optional) 1/4 tbsp Fresh Parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat your Tomahawk in the Truffle Oil.
Mix the Kosher Salt & Coarse Ground Black Pepper in a small bowl until they are evenly incorporated. Season the entire steak in the salt/pepper mixture.
Allow your steak to rest and come to room temperature.
Pre-heat your grill to 400F.
Sear the steak for 1 minute per side over direct heat.
Move the steak to indirect heat and allow to cook for another 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 135F.
Remove the steak from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Slice against the grain and enjoy!
